Adult numeracy with Highland flavours
We were commissioned by UHI North, West and Hebrides, and later UHI Inverness, to design and develop a variety of online and downloadable learning resources for Highland Multiply, an adult numeracy programme funded by the UK Government.
Inspired by Numeracy as Social Practice (NSP) approaches, we developed interactive stories, puzzles, and games, incorporating Highland language and cultural themes, and curated the free-to-access modules on OpenLearn Create.

Adventures in Gaelic language and culture
We've been exploring exciting new ways to spark curiosity and raise awareness of Gaelic language and culture through a series of projects funded by Bòrd na Gàidhlig through UHI Executive Office.
While researching the concept of a Gaelic pedagogy, we tested in-person problem solving activities and developed an online escape room - You won't need any Gaelic to get in, but you may need to learn some to get out!
Our latest project builds upon our research so far and we're now developing prototype resources and activities themed around Gaelic and wellbeing. Watch this space for updates!

Developing the first Digital Learning Designer apprenticeship
We were honoured to have played a leading role in a trailblazer group to develop the first Digital Learning Designer apprenticeship standard for England. After two years of hard work by all involved, the Level 5 standard was approved.
Lexedio was commissioned by LDN apprenticeships to design the curriculum and online learning content of the first programme, which has since become a roaring success.

Leadership and organisational development programmes
We love to get creative when it comes to team-building, organisational design, and leadership development. Over the years, we've designed for Indoor, outdoor, hybrid, and even off-grid experiences. We leave the corporate slide decks behind to find the vibe that inspires our clients, curating multisensory, multifaceted learning journeys that harness the unique imagination and creative energies of the group.
